No exceptions will be made, as you have agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as received—unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is essential, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.
Initiating the Return Process:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@leclubclassique.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.
Refunds
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email approving or rejecting your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If it is still not received, contact us at info@leclubclassique.com.
Costs
Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China, with costs starting from €20, which must be covered by the customer.
Exceptions
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge. If the issue persists a second time, you will receive a full refund.
- Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after being placed due to our automated system.
